Never pay for expedited shipping....
"You will pay for expedited shipping and you will get screwed because they will not ship your order in time. This company ****. If you're trying to get something for your family member and you need it by a certain time, these people are not reliable."

If I could give zero stars I would
"I placed an order for some Beyonce apparrel and I get an email about 30 min later saying that I was being refunded. I emailed asking why was I being refunded because I wanted the product. MerchDirect tells me my billing and shipping are not the same so it was flagged as fraud. Okay totally understandable. Well I confirmed that it wasn't fraud and they tell me I have to reorder and use PayPal since the billing and shipping is different. I go ahead and do that. They email me AGAIN saying I now need to send in my license because apparently my PayPal account is not verified but I just used my PayPal not too long ago to order something else. They also told me I can't get my order released until I send them a picture of my driver's license.
I love Beyonce's products but she's got to find a different company to go through if this is going to hold up orders for everyone who doesn't have the same billing and shipping.
What a waste of time."

"I ordered the Beyonce Legacy pullover, 12/21/16, paid 8.99 extra for shorter shipping times. It is January 7,and my daughter still does not have that shirt. I would like a full refund of 68.99 credited back to the card used for the order as this is beyond ridiculous. I will not be using Merch Direct again. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, but I thought we were ordering from Beyoncé 's company. My daughter's Christmas surprise was ruined! I have called numerous times, but to no avail. This company is giving Beyoncé a bad name."

Extra custom charges
"I purchased a t-shirt and paid $14.99 for the international shipping. There was no notice or info easily readable that said this charge wouldn't actually cover custom charges, and I assumed that international shipping meant that all fees where included, it did not. When the shirt arrived, I had to pay another £12 to get it out of the post office.
I have purchased from American sellers on Esty and EBay and all the fees where clear and upfront and I've never had to pay over £15 for shipping to the UK and I've never had yo pay to get my goods from the post office.
When I first queried this, I received a quick reply explaining that their custom fee info was available in the FAQ section on their website and a link to access it. However, when returning to the website through a Google search, I couldn't find the FAQs.
Extremely disappointed with their service, their site and their clearly overpriced 'international shipping'."

"I have received awful service from MerchDirect. I placed an order and was charged for a tshirt the second week of December 2014 and it's now February 2015 and I have yet to receive my tshirt. I contacted MerchDirect via email in January and they apologized. They told me they would resend the order. I never received any shipping information or correspondence after that despite phone calls and emails from my end. I'm never ordering merchandise from them again and I look forward to bashing this business' reputation every chance I get."

"MerchDirect was very efficient in getting notices out regarding order receipt as well as when the order shipped. I was able to track the shipment as well with a direct link in their e-mail (nice to be direct and not have to type in a track code, etc. like other merchants sometimes do). The order shipped timely and I received it at the earliest that I expected possible, which was a pleasant surprise! No delays in getting the order shipped, or time it took in transit. The shirt I ordered was also of great quality, great fabric and fit and the decal print is good quality as well and won't fade or wear quickly in the wash like some cheaper merchants. Overall, totally great experience and I would definitely order through them again at any time!"

"I came to merch direct to buy a glassjaw hat and a glassjaw t-shirt. I have ordered from them before and knew that i could count on getting a product of good quality. They delivered my product right away and it was in front of my door just a few days after i had purchased it. I am highly satisfied with them!"
