Sad pits
"I ordered the Beyonce Legacy pullover, 12/21/16, paid 8.99 extra for shorter shipping times. It is January 7,and my daughter still does not have that shirt. I would like a full refund of 68.99 credited back to the card used for the order as this is beyond ridiculous. I will not be using Merch Direct again. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, but I thought we were ordering from Beyoncé 's company. My daughter's Christmas surprise was ruined! I have called numerous times, but to no avail. This company is giving Beyoncé a bad name."
