"I ordered a dress for my friend's birthday but the dress was discontinued. So my friend got an e-mail:
"Here is your gift certificate and coupon code good for 25% + free shipping :)"
She got a coupon, free shipping and store credit for the amount of the first order. We then picked out two other dresses that she liked, though admittedly not as much as the first one. I got a refund for the original total as well and am really ecstatic about it! So I got a refund, she got store credit, a coupon AND free overnight shipping so the total for 2 dresses came out less than the one she originally wanted. I commend ModCloth's exceptionally wonderful customer service! I paid from my chequing account through PayPal and there was a hold and a 50¢ charge for withdrawing the money from PayPal back to my bank account but that's a small price to pay for PayPal's services."

"My daughter loves vintage clothes. She is very picky and after searching several sources found ModCloth. She chose a very tasteful moderate weight coat. The price was very reasonable and included free shipping! Overall a great value, and the delivery was very fast. The coat was exceptional quality for the price."
