"Very fast shipping. We submitted out order late on a Sunday night. They shipped the product 2 days later in the late afternoon. Product arrived 2 days after that on the following Thursday. The product, a handbag for my daughter, is well constructed and designed. It is very sturdy, which is what we were looking for. However, it was made of a lower quality leather than we expected for the price paid."

"Outstanding! Great E-mail response to orders. Fast order preparation, packaging and shipping. Unlike other online original equipment (OEM) vendors, SubaruPartsForYou seems to work directly from their own stock and with Subaru. No third party involved. It shows in their service and their prices which are generally lower than other "dealer parts" vendors. Markedly lower than your local dealer. Highly recommended!"

"My daughter loves vintage clothes. She is very picky and after searching several sources found ModCloth. She chose a very tasteful moderate weight coat. The price was very reasonable and included free shipping! Overall a great value, and the delivery was very fast. The coat was exceptional quality for the price."

"Ordered a refurbished iPhone for my daughter's account. Smooth and easy processing. The AT&T site makes upgrades easy. Price was OK, but entailed 2-year contract extension. Delivery was MUCH quicker than expected. I've been using them for over 3 years now and have always had very good service. Policy and price changes have been a minor annoyance."

"Ordered a set of suspension coils for my Subaru on Oct. 10th. Two days later I was notified that the price increased. Price quoted was about the same as other on-line original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part dealers. So I agreed. On the 16th I checked my account on their site and noticed it had not been shipped. I inquired about the status of my order. They responded on the 19th that my order was redirected to Portland. It was shipped out on the 20th. Order received the 26th. Overall, a legitimate vendor competitive with several online Subaru OEM dealers. Prices generally lower than dealership prices."

"I used Walmart's gift registry to order baby shower gifts for a young couple I know. It was very convenient, but the ordering program needs a little work as my first attempt didn't take. I ordered two items that were online specials. It turned out they shipped from different locations so the recipients got them separately. One item was delivered promptly, the other took over a week longer. Both seem to have been delivered in good condition."

"I've ordered shoes from Hitchcock Shoes when they were a catalog company before the advent of the internet. I've used their internet service over a year ago, and will again soon as one pair of the shoes I ordered have finally worn out. We're talking high quality shoes here, both from their own make and other leading manufacturers. They have always given superb service. They have some good sales so there are good deals to be had here, but generally they priced commensurate to their superior quality. Customer service is always terrific."

"I have ordered twice now from RockAuto. The first was a starter motor for my daughter's Volkswagen. More recently I ordered struts and mounts for my Subaru. The struts were delivered separately since they were a wholesaler closeout, and a great buy! Each order was accurate and promptly delivered. I've done a lot of comparisons with other online auto parts retailers, and RockAuto is consistently the most economical."

"This site contains otherwise difficult to find Volkswagen and Audi parts. They have parts often not available through most online auto part vendors. I ordered parts late Wednesday evening and they shipped out first thing Monday morning. The parts were extremely well packaged. I was very satisfied and will probably order from them again."
