"I ordered an AMD motherboard combo, video card, power supply and new hard drive from them on 5/4/05. There was a significant delay in shipping the order and there wasn't great contact from Monarch to let me know what was going on. However, due to the good reviews here and elsewhere, I had confidence that it would be taken care of. After I received the order, I realized the wrong power supply was sent. They replaced it and covered the shipping on both ends. They were very professional and overall I am very happy. Once a problem was idetified, they were on top of it and kept me abreast of what was going on. They did try very hard to make sure I was happy, and it worked as I would likely buy from them again."
