"Order for in-stock parts only was processed promptly, but it took 8 business days before it was shipped, versus the promised 1-2 days.
After email and calling, I was told twice that it would ship within a day or two, but only did the week after, after a second call. They kindly shipped 2-day without charge to make up some of the time lost.

"Ordered a custom "Furia" system on May 16th. Was out the door w/ my Fedex confirmation by the 22nd. Received the PC on the 24th via Fedex Express Saver. PC arrived in perfect condition, everything as advertised. Ran an impressive 3DMark score right off the bat, played intensive games for hours w/o issue, & heat was well within normal range.
