"Very good experience. I had some questions, and couldn't find the right hinges. The representative I talked to told me where to search, and found exactly what I needed. Our order was large enough to get free shipping for part of it, had to pay some because of 2 different companies. We saved about 1/2 of what the cabinet hardware would have cost locally, and we couldn't find the right hinges locally. LOVE my new hardware!"

"This was one of the most disappointing online purchases I have ever made. I ordered 25 pulls and a dozen knobs, all in the same style and finish (oil rubbed bronze). The color of the finish on the pulls was not at all consistent -- some were dark brown, some were copper/red. Same for the knobs. To add insult to injury, I was told that they would ship in 72 hours; it took two weeks."
