"I was looking for drawer pulls to match ones that were installed 14 yrs ago during a kitchen remodel. Very difficult to find the same size altho the type was very plain. I spent about 2 hrs online after a local store search was fruitless. I finally found this website and they had exactly what I wanted. Shipping was fast and the drawer pulls were beautiful. They are a bit heavier than the ones I have but exactly the same length. Plus they were half the price I paid locally in '98! The tiny difference is immaterial as they will be used on some free-standing cabinets at the end of the room. The really neat thing is that 2 different lengths of screws were sent for each pull for different thicknesses of doors/drawers. I don't have to buy extras!"

"Worst company ever to deal with. Will not deal with a return in a timely manner. Operators are sullen and uncooperative. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It's going on two weeks and they simply refuse to process any information for my credit. Very disreputable company in my opinion."

"First time ordering from MyKnobs.com -- found several on the internet but MyKnobs had the best prices and largest selection. Ordered drawer knobs for an old secretary desk that we were refinishing. All the original hardware was on the secretary except for the drawer knobs. Wanted the desk to have original style knobs so we turned to the internet for various sites.
Ordered the style knobs we wanted from MyKnobs.com and was very surprised when they arrived with a back plate. We were not aware that the style we chose had a back plate but when the knobs were installed with the back place -- it was perfect !!!
This has inspired me to refinished my grandmothers's old chest. Naturally none of the drawer's have the original drawer knobs --- so I will be going back to MyKnobs.com to find knobs from that time period. There is something about looking at a piece of furniture from the early 1900's that transports one back to their childhood memories."

"I love my new knobs and pulls. The only problem we had was there were no screws with them. I called customer service and Katerina was very rude and NOT helpful at all. Ended up chatting on line with Evelyn, she was great ! Even followed up with a phone call."
