The only real Jawbone product was the earpiece and one of its two buttons was broken and the earpiece would not pair with my phone. The only redeeming factor about my purchase is Jawbone's awesome customer service. Jawbone (NOT N1Wireless) is sending me a replacement. I would not trust N1Wireless."

"I was looking for a Plantronics Voyager 855 Bluetooth headset. The prices in Canada were all above $85.00 (CAD). After searching the web for something better, I came across N1wireless.com. They had a really good price at only $35.00 (USD), but even with exchange and shipping and handling included, the total was still less than $60.00 (CAD). I saved over $25.00. Shipping was via USPS, and Canada Post delivered right to my door. The order was placed Sept 14, packed, Sept 15, shipped Sept 16, and I received it Sept 24. Sure it seems like a long time, but that included getting it across the border.

"N1 Wireless is a Fraud! The shipping took forever, I was sent the wrong product, that was used and damaged. I'm trying to get a refund of price and shipping. Paid $16 for a cell phone to be sent in a bubble wrap bag. The cell phone box was crushed, there was no user booklet, the cord was worn and dusty. How does a new cord get dusty? The metal on the cell phone was scraped. Oh and it was NOT WHAT I ORDERED!"
