"Beware of this company! Although the rings I got were beautiful, I waited almost 3 weeks to receive any product. When I needed to return products, it took over a month to refund my purchase (over $1600). I finally had to call Visa to get the refund posted to my account. Every time I called customer support, I got a "run around": I've been out sick, I've been traveling, our accounting dept is backed up, etc. I urge you to proceed with caution and ONLY order from this company if you can find nothing else!"
Thank you for sharing the experience you had with Brilliance online. While we try and process orders and exchanges as fast as possible there can be delays in production due to quality control. With this order in particular 6 different rings were made and 5 were sent back. While we don't allow comparison shopping we made an exception to the rule so that different engagement rings styles could be reviewed in person as a courtesy. Customer was credited back and even admitted that she now has double credits!
"BEWARE - you get what you pay for!!! I purchased a Jawbone 2 and it came in a random box with generic accessories. The only real Jawbone product was the earpiece and one of its two buttons was broken and the earpiece would not pair with my phone. The only redeeming factor about my purchase is Jawbone's awesome customer service. Jawbone (NOT N1Wireless) is sending me a replacement. I would not trust N1Wireless."
