"I was totally ripped off by this company and by Motorola, the manufacturer. When I was told to pursue the warranty with Motorola, I did so and sent it in twice, per their instructions. Both times Motorola sent it back to me saying it was a defective phone and had suffered severe damage. I never dropped or harmed the phone in any way, so I assume n1 sent me a defective phone to begin with. Do not buy from this company!"

"The product I originally purchased was a gift for a friend and I received it within 4 days of the order date. The initial purchase I received was the wrong color. I do not like the fact that n1 does not have a toll free customer service number and, I had to pay for the long distance call but, they answered promptly and offered me $5.00 off (if I kept the item) and 5% off if I purchased the newer version of the item I ordered initially. This is the 7th time I've ordered this same item from n1 and other than the issue of receiving the wrong colored item, I've have never had any problems with them or their service. I would highly recommend n1 and I will continue to be a loyal customer."

"We purchased the BlueAnt S1 Sun Visor Bluetooth Car Kit with Multiport because it could be paired with two cell phones. We were able to pair both of our phones with no problem. It was also have the feature of giving priority of the phones that we were uses, but we have not tried that yet. Yet, we have received and made call using it and they were especially clear. The person on the other end would have no idea that one was using a car kit. Also, the kit play music off of our cell phones in an excellent way. Overall we are very happy with our purchase."

"Bummer of a birthday present for my boyfriend. Purchased the Jawbone II; THIS THING IS JUNK. Something is wrong with the volume and we couldn't get it above a whisper. NOT NORMAL as my Jawbone II (purchased elsewhere) is nice and loud. **THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK, MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT AS VOLUME ISSUES ARE "THE PROBLEM OF THE MANUFACTURER" SO FORGET ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FROM N1WIRELESS.COM.** Even though since the thing arrived in generic packaging, I have a feeling they just purposely sold me a bum unit that they won't take back, nicely lining their pocket$ while fleecing mine. Will NEVER shop that site again!!"

"Stay a way from buying from www.n1wireless.com Bad service, bad phones. Mine arrived with keypad problem and not working charger. Later I found that it was refurbished phone! (as well as probably all of them on their web site). Beside, I had to call always to check/remind if they sent, received, had in stock etc. No apology from costumer service. And I paid shipping $15 (regular ground!) + $8 return shipping (they don't send you free return shipping slip even if they sold you not working item) + $10 restocking fee if you aren't ordering anything else from them in replacement of original item. I wouldn't trust that seller."

"Do not do business with N1 Wireless! Read through the complaints here and you will see a consistent theme regarding their poor customer service and deceptive salesmanship. My story is no different. On June 3, 2009, I ordered a Duet D-8 with the “N1 Wireless Deluxe Kit” and a Motorola MPx220. The Duet as pictured was black in color and no option was given on color choice. The one that arrived was white. The “Deluxe Kit” was said to include an original cable, CD and 1GB MicroSD card. No CD came with the order. Worst was the Motorola which was badly scratched and worn. Nothing on the order form or the description said the item was used, recertified, refurbished or anything else regarding its condition. I tried calling the company to see about a return, but, as others here have stated, you get a recording saying agents are busy and then get sent to a voice mailbox that is full. Using the online RMA request, I was rejected for a return with the following response: We apologize for any inconvenience. In regards to your order, if you review the device specifications on the page for the MPX 220 you will see that it is in fact listed as a reconditioned Motorola product. This information will be found under the \"Add to Cart\" tab which you would select to actually place the order. Furthermore the Duet was sold as advertised since no color option is on the page it is because we're selling what is available. This occurs when there is a limited quantity. Lastly, when an order is placed through our company you are required to select the agreement to our terms and conditions before completely checking out, which is why all orders including your is subject to the applicable fees listed on our site. Unfortunately we're unable to process your request at this time. The only way to see that the Motorola was “reconditioned” is to click a tab at the bottom of the page labeled “package contents” where it says the phone may have “may have light marks or scratches.” Believe me, that is a kind description of what they sent me. And they completely ignored my complaint about the CD. So, I contacted the Better Business Bureau about this and then got another response from N1: Thank you for choosing N1wireless.com. I apologize to hear that you are having issues with your cell phone device. We dedicate full customer service via phone, email, fax, and online RMA request to respond to any inquiry. If you are unsure about a particular product, please feel free to contact us before purchase. For MPX220 cell phone, it is listed under specifications that it is a reconditioned product. We do not hide this information from our customers. Under package content, it specifies that the MPX220 Motorola phone is reconditioned and may have light marks or scratches at http://www.n1wireless.com/Cell_Phones_Under_50-Motorola_MPX_220_Quad_Band_Unlocked_Phone.html. With retail value of $199.99, the product is sold at 85% off, clearance price of $29.99. As stated clearly under the agreed terms and condition, pictures are for illustration purposes only. There are two colors available, black or white. Unless the customer specifies a particular color before shipment, it is based on availability. We do not advertise it to be sold in a certain color. The deluxe kit includes 1GB memory card, data cable, and CD software if required to transfer files from PC-to-phone. If it is not required or necessary to transfer files, it will not be included. I apologize for any inconvenience, I would be glad to offer you additional 5% off all Bluetooth devices & accessories on your next order placed within 30 days. Combine this with instant discounts of up to 50-80% off for even greater savings! Contact us at 1-***-***-**** and mention this offer to have this applied after placing your order. Sincerely, N1wireless.com So, now they say the “reconditioned” label appears where I said it was, not where they originally said it was, but they neglect to mention that you have to click on a separate tab to view that information. They also list the price at $29.99, $10 less than I paid. They also say the Duet’s color needs to be specified by the customer, not that it is “based on availability,” even though there is nowhere on the order form to specify which color you want. And they finally address the missing CD saying it is “not required,” one more thing not listed anywhere on the website. So the only recompense they’d like to offer is 5% off Bluetooth devices and accessories? Gee, thanks N1! I’d like nothing better than to throw good money after bad! Are you kidding me? My response to that is not printable here as it would scare children and old people. Bottom line, avoid this retailer like the plague…"
