great streaming service
"I think there is a very fantastic streaming service on Netflix. I had some I wasn't satisfied with, some who paid me for stuff I watched because I didn't realize they were going to watch, I didn't know they weren't free to watch. Netflix rarely charges anything special so it's still running really smoothly. No buffering or nothing. This is a perfect alternative to streaming."

Avoid this company
"I have been told that your first month is free for a few months now. So with what is going on in the world I figured I would take a chance. Guess what it is not a free month any longer. During the time that people are dying from a virus and people are stuck at home due to fear or state order, this company has taken advantage of its prospective customers. They not only charge but it would seem from talking to another that the price is a tad bit higher then normal. They are taking advantage of its customers and those who are just looking for a relief from all the death around them. I would not only avoid them, I would let everyone know to avoid this company."

"I have spent more time on the phone and texting with the most useless customer service of any company I have ever encountered. NETFLIX, for this reason I will try my best to find a provider that actually services the customer instead of this three ring circus bunch of yahoos. Rude. Obnoxious and as helpful as snow tires in Florida. How do they stay afloat?"

Price keeps going up.... and why?
"Only 2 TVs for $16 mo. Theres maybe 4 good shows for me to watch on here. Mostly for my daughter's to watch kids stuff but then when i try to watch something, all the screens on my subscription are used up. To me 4 screens of thos garbage is maybe worth $10 a month. What are these charges even for. What is there to watch?? Pretty soon netflix will cost as much as cable for one one-hundredth if the choices. I got Netflix for something basic and inexpensive since i dont use it much. The cost defeats the whole purpose and reason people use this thing"

"Netflix service has become terrible. Netflix closed its Phoenix AZ facility & DVDs are now mailed to me from Santa Ana CA. It now takes seven days for me to receive a DVD. I used to enjoy a one-day turnaround time - it is now a seven-day turnaround!! The price has increased and the service has worsened. Wow!! Netflix makes no attempt to somehow compensate me for the decline in their service. Time to terminate my subscription to Netflix. Obviously they are not at all concerned with their terrible customer service."

"Every show I liked has been cancelled. If I wanted 90s reruns I would have kept the cable. #savetheOA and Jessica Jones, Touch, Punisher, Daredevil, Santa Clarita Diet. Waste of money when Amazon Prime is a thing.

CAN'T DISABLE ANNOYING OBNOXIOUS AUTO-TRAILER
"ANNOYING CRAP THAT CAN'T BE DISABLED: The automatically-playing trailer at the top is LOUD, OBNOXIOUS, ANNOYING and cannot be disabled or removed. I can't believe they STILL haven't made a way to stop it from playing.
It's so annoying I've mostly stopped using Netflix. If I start the app, I have to immediate scroll down to avoid the garbage playing.
Netflix doesn't give a crap.
Yes this is annoying enough to go from 5 to 2 stars. I almost made it 1.

DVD.com removing movies from your Queue
"I've been a Netflix customer since they started but have now cancelled their DVD service. Apparently they now go through and clean up / delete movies out of your queue and it is YOUR fault if you are not logging in continually to "check your queue." This was what their customer service department told me ***-***-****) when I called in to find our why I'd not received a new movie is over 12 days and why all of a sudden all my movies were missing. No 'we're sorry' no let's make it right for you just a real attitude of it's your fault for not logging into our site constantly to see your queue.
We'll see if the streaming is worth keeping, maybe it's time to cancel Netflix all the way around. Very disappointed with them and their service."
