"My EVGA GTX260 was running five year old games at 12 frames per second. EVGA wanted me to pay to ship it back for exchange. Newegg took care of it. Disappointed I'll be without a graphics card for a few weeks, but on a card with a million transistors, mistakes can happen.
I wish newegg cross-shipped. I understand why they don't, but..."
