"Over the past 3 months, 4 packages were not delivered, driver stated "delivery address not accessible". UPS and Fedex are able to drive to my front door and deliver. During this time one package was marked as "delivered at garage" it was not delivered, I was in my garage all day working on projects, driver never came to my property. Another package was left in the street and was damaged beyond use. These were all items from Sam's club, Walmart and home depot. Finally replacements were shipped via FedEx and were delivered to my front door in perfect condition. ONTRAC is absolutely the worst. Poor customer service and incompetent delivery drivers."
"After waiting 3 days past the delivery date, I called. They couldnt find my package, which was being delivered from the same state. If Bestbuy would have just given me the address, I could have picked it up by now!"
"Virtually every time I have had something shipped by OnTrac it has been lost, damaged, misdelivered or delivered late. And/or the driver has been rude. Just the absolute worst of the shipping companies. I now query companies, and if they say they will use OnTrac, I shop elsewhere."
Driver lies about delivery, OnTrac irresponsible customer service
"i have nothing against all shipping company delivering goods to the customers during this pandamic, in fact, i appreciate their service by setting out drinks and snacks for them. But this review is for the investigation team.
Driver indicated he delivered a package to my front door. I was home due to shelter in place so i am certain he did not come into the community. Because in order to do so, he needs to call me from the private gate call box. (what OnTrac has on file was a very old code 5 years old) On the same day when i disputed the note driver left the package by my front door, OnTrac contacted the driver and driver changed his statement saying package was left outside the community gate (duhh, you don't have the new valid gate code) . OnTrac GPS shown he was at the 'Right area/ location" and said he delivered to the community of 4mailboxes, (mine is 3 homes) . All the statements contradict one another.
At the end of the investigation, OnTrac still insist driver delivered to the right place and hence Nordstrom refuse to replace or refund my order. Even when i told them i have surveillance to proof driver did not come to my private community to deliver package let along walking to my front door.
Irresponsible company. Business should avoid using them for high price items."
"Always used Ontrack from my suppliers...until now. Drivers not truthful about deliveries and for their own convenience enter a "refused" entry when they feel like not delivering the package. This is just poor service and my business has suffered delays because of it."
"The worst experience from a parcel company ever. The status info is incorrect when you track shipping. When you call to clarify they assure you that your package will arrive and flat out lie. I would never choose them ever for delivery service. Just horrible service"

"Worst delivery service. Twice i had the same item deliver because first one wasn't send and again it never showed up on my step. I have a camera that shows nothing showed up that day either... I would never deal with a company that uses this **** no deserving of 1 star bs. Been on the phone to speak to customer service for 13 minutes still no answer."

"On Star and the other plain wrap vans are the absolute worst. The lazy **** leave packages in my driveway in front of the cars. Two things, making it very easy for the package thieves and what if you get in your car w/o looking. The On trac folks are rude, drive wrong side roadway, exceed the speed limits, stop signs, what are stop signs? Caught their driver 3 times now in my driveway. Told him all three times my driveway is not his to use leaking oil all over the place. Today I told the driver he is very close to being pulled from his van and dealt with. May be worth a short stay in jail? Hate these disrespectful PUNKS!!! Wish I could leave negative stars."
