"I recently ordered a case for my wife's tablet. They offered it at very good price. PCMicroStore.com did a good job of processing my order and posting its status and a tracking number. However, they did not identify the shipping company. I entered the tracking number into USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx systems and the number was not recognized by any of those systems. When I inquired by email about delivery of my order I received a very prompt reply and was informed that my package was being shipped via DHL global mail. A day later my order arrived and it is exactly what my wife wanted. She is happy and I am happy!"

I asked them 2 times to check on it and even asked about the courier because they provide the tracking no without courier. But they never respond. I am too frustrated with their service."
