"I got everything I ordered, although some items had to come in different shipments because of stocking issues. At one point it looked like I was being charged for an item I wasn't going to receive. I had to call to correct. It was corrected within a day or so.
Over all I'm satisfied and will probably order again when I need more items.
My main criteria for ordering 1) Availability of items. 2) Price. 3) Reliability/reputation of reseller.
The website is a little clunky. I think some work needs to be done to make ordering many items less of a pain. For now, I willing to put up with it as long as above 3 criteria are met."

"Great Prices, Service, and Shipping!
After attempting to order a motherboard from two other places only to end up canceling the orders I ran across PCSuperstore.I called immediately to verify they had the item in stock an they told me how many they had. I placed the order and later received another E-Mail stating my Credit Card was declined. My /bank said everything was fine so I called PCSuperstore and the lady worked with me and finally determined it was the Verified By Visa thing that was giving the problems. We got the card accepted and order arrived quickly. They are on my short list to by from now."

"I had to make a major purchase for work and needed to get a great deal. My boss's do not like to invest in new technology so the system I wanted at MSRP was an impossible sell. Even when I got a quote from CDW with an "incredible discount" it was too much. PC Superstore had the same product for about 40% off the price. Shipping was fast and the items arrived perfect. This was my first purchase from them, but I couldn't be happier and look forward to purchasing in the future."
