"Placed an order for Christmas on 11/5, not realizing that Monoprice has a 30 day return policy once the item arrives. I contacted customer service via Live Chat and Aubrey B was more than happy to create an RMA for the items that I no longer needed. Now THAT'S quality customer service!!!"

"I've ordered replacement parts from Repair Clinic twice now. Quality parts at an affordable price (NEVER order parts from Sears unless you enjoy giving away your money). Parts arrived in 2 days (Sears takes up to 2 weeks). It's safe to say that I'm a huge fan now!"

"DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT buy from this merchant. EVER. They will tell you that there is no one higher up to speak to and cannot give you an alternate number to dial. They will tell you that they will call you back, but they don't. I've been lied to 3 times in the past month. Today is January 27th and my glasses were finally shipped. If you enjoy giving away your money with no hope of getting all of it back should you change your mind in less than 24 hours, then by all means, go ahead order. If you refuse to patronize resellers who practice bait and switch on a regular basis and have 42 complaints registered with the Better Business Bureau of Delaware that have gone unanswered, then you will trust me when I say that go-optic.com is bad news."
