about pandawill, I have been using pandawill for over 10 months now and ordered over 20 phones so far mainly Xiaomi redmi 2, 2 pro, redmi note 4g, meizu m1 note and meizu m2 note. for budget phones, pandawill has the lowest or if its not the lowest its considerably low compared to others and when taken into the service they offer, they got really good prices.
and then so far, I never did had to go for a RMA claim except for a little wall charger got defective in a lenovo k3 note after a month time but they quickly offered me refund to buy a replacement. so I cant exactly comment about the warranty service cuz I never had to go for that. but that ensures me piece of mind that they indeed check the device before they ship out. oh and they are not the fastest on shipping. singapore post takes around 2.5 weeks to deliver. but pandawill take around 3 days to ship the phone
so so far Im very happy with pandawill and im continue the buying. its a trustworthy online shop. only thing I say is, when buying from china, keep it to the known well established brands. how much the price is tempting from other small ones, they mostly lack the quality."

I;ve ordered a smartphone for my oldest daughter (tengda I6S) at pandawill early july. After holiday picked up the package at the local postoffice and took it home... it should have been a present for my daughter going to middle school after holidays. She opens the package....So so sad and horrible. 2 adaptors, a cover, NO SMARTPHONE, NO USB Cable. Immediately contact the postoffice and Pandawill. Postoffice tried to track and find the problem in the Netherlands but couldn't find anything. Contacted Pandawill, they want our postoffice declare that the items where missing when the package was opened. But they haven't been present while my daughter opened the package at home... So how is this possible, they can't declare that, simply because they have nothing to do with the content of this package. Without such a statement/proof (which is no proof by the way) Pandawill doesn't want to proceed. This is absolutely UNFAIR!! They are asking something the postoffice can't declare and because of that i'm the victim right now!! I feel myself robbed by PANDAWILL. Please play this game fair Pandawill or you don''t have a right to stay in business if this is the way you treat honest customers.

"Purchassed a InFocus M810 smartphone from pandawill 1 week ago! Made instant payment with PayPal and 1 week later my order was still processing!!! I feels like I was scammed nowhere on the seller webpage I was informed that the phone was not in stock or this was a presell campain (this phone is 1 year old and on the market)!!! I had to threaten PayPal reclamation to have my money refund!!! Now I have to wait another 2 weeks before PayPal will relese the funds for me to use.... Conclusion: one of the worst ever shopping experience.... pandawill never ever again YOU PEOPLE HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Stay away look somewhere else!!!"
