"Ordered a couple of small parts for my 1983 Honda FT500 Ascot. Partzilla had the parts in stock and I had them in less than a weeks time. If, however, Partzilla DOESN'T have the parts in stock wait times can be MUCH longer!! I just hit it lucky and they had the parts in stock."

"Another great job with service!
With cellphones the way they are, I had a hard time finishing my order. I hung up and completed the order online only to have both orders canceled. When I called in again after a week. I reordered the part and was given the fast shipping for free. Great job making up for bad communication! Always great parts and customer service!!"

Excellent service, fixed my issue immediately.
"There was an issue with a box being damaged (slit on the side) during shipping and a small item missing from the package. I called to report the problem and they resolved it immediately by sending out a replacement. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes to resolve. Very professional service and I will absolutely use them again in the future."
