"I ordered the R1 logo from Partzilla for my motorcycle. The shipping was very fast considering that I'm from Germany. Unfortunately, I was not shown where my package was for collection. So I contacted Partzilla's customer service and wrote with Lynn. She listened to me, understood me and tried to help me. After 40 minutes of writing back and forth, she finally found my package and was able to tell me where I could pick it up. I actually wanted my money back because I thought it was lost. Lynn loves her job and you can tell. I will order from you again."

Fast and accurate.
"My experience has been far earlier than expected delivery, and accurate parts the first time, every time. The exploded diagrams provided to pick the simplest to the most ultra specific parts makes it very easy to do just that.
