Didn’t ship my order for over a week, then just shipped it ups ground.
"Ordered parts for an ATV. Two days later I got an email saying one of the items was on back order and wasn’t going to be available. I asked them to cancel and refund that item and they did. What they didn’t do is ship the other two items for over a week until I reached out to customer service. They forgot about my order, then just shipped it ups ground. Had to cancel an annual trip because my equipment wasn’t ready."
