"Order was for throat lozenges. The first attempt resulted in a "lost in the postal system" outcome. Pharmapacks credited the initial payment. We processed a second order which was received timely. Will definitely use the company again."

"I ordered a 3 pack, they charged for 3, sent only one. Then I called and waited through 25 minutes of awful hold-music (!!!) , and they said they couldn't send the correct order. Gave me a refund. How about paying for my time. Not happy at all."

"Terrible company that sits on in-stock order for SIX DAYS before even shipping them. Arrival dates can vary up to a week AFTER orders are placed. No items received. Use this company with extreme caution."
