Great product but maybe aged
"I love this shampoo. It is the best I've ever used, but with the last order of 3 bottles, I found it to be quite different from previous purchases and orders. It has always been a thinnish, white, milky looking formula. These 3 bottles contain a dark gold, thick formula as if it is very old. There is a code stamped on the bottle but it is not discernable as a date. As far as I can tell, the shampoo still gives the curvy waves I seek with just a little less wave than I have experienced previously. Working with Pharmapacks is excellent. Very reliable company and keeps its predicted ship dates. In fact my last delivery arrived a day before promised."

Pretty good Company....But!
"I use sea bond for dentures. They are sold in boxes of 30. I think they should be sold in boxes of 60's or 90's. I often use 2 a day instead of one like they suggest. One box would only be a 15 day supply instead of 1 month, I also think if you continuously buy from a Company that sometimes they could offer coupons or occasionally lower the price . I know that sea bond is not owned by pharma packs, but I think specials can be offered once in a while. I have been using sea bond for over 20 years! Now I just check around for different websites where I can get the best price on a product that I have been faithful too for so long."

Package mishap.
"I've ordered from them before but this time I ordered an extra item that required them to ship in a larger box that wasn't properly packed. I order three lotions that they can send neatly wrapped in a small box where there is no extra room for them to jostle about but this time they were not tightly packed and one of the pump bottles loosened and some of the product leaked. It wasn't much (did make a mess) so I didn't bother to complain and I'm not really doing that now, but they really need to be more careful, even if they do wrap the bottles in shrink wrap securely, when they move around in a box, the product can leak."
