Deana, I'm sorry you had this problem. I know we helped you via the phone and email to make sure you selected the correct replacement item. I wish you would have let us know then you were experiencing this issue then so we could have helped you have a smoother experience. Thanks for letting us know about this. We looked into this and never could reproduce what you experienced. It could be that something was left in your cart previously that affected the shipping and then it changed once you went to checkout and it was removed. We're not exactly sure why this happened but we're watching to see if it happens again to us or anyone else reports it.
