"It took quite a while to finalize and place the order. The form would somehow revert to an earlier page when I moved my mouse and I would have to start over again. When I managed to complete a section and click to continue to the next page, it would take a long time to process the entry and move on to the next page. It wouldn't let me put a different billing address than the shipping address. When I entered my billing address, it would automatically make that my shipping address. I couldn't jump from section to section but instead had to go through the whole series of pages again and had to refill out all of the fields."

Deana, I'm sorry you had this problem. I know we helped you via the phone and email to make sure you selected the correct replacement item. I wish you would have let us know then you were experiencing this issue then so we could have helped you have a smoother experience. I have had this happen before with other sites so I know how frustrating it can be. Thank you for the review.
