Graphics company has tiny, dim, hard to read nightmare lettering on webpage
"Tiny nightmarish and greyed out letters, horrible search bar- so tiny you cant find it, and hard to get the quote onto the order page. A nightmare and took up hours of my time trying to get an order in for the first time."

I'm really sorry for the issues you've ran into. I'm a little confused as to what you're saying as we've never had anyone have this issue and we cannot recreate on our end. Do you mind giving us an example or a call so we can get this taken care of. There is one thing that the IT department said could be happening. If your browser on our site is zoomed out too far it would cause the tiny lettering, but not the greyed out letters. Let us know and we will get this taken care of. We appreciate you doing the review to let us know. Next time also feel free to call us we will always place the order online for you so the experience is better. Again we're sorry you ran into this technical issue.

"Heather helped with setting us up for tax exempt for our public school. She was wonderful and gave me all the information I needed to continue with my purchase. We love these products, but my only negative is the shipping is high. I bought one item and the shipping was more than the item costs. Overall I am very happy with this company. Just grinning!!"

The shipping on this I did double check on for you. Our site is linked with UPS so it never hurts to double check. Because I don't stock these parts for this stand in Utah they had to ship from VA and that's why the cost seems high. We try to sell the parts because we know customers need them, but we just can't physically stock them all in Utah. I hope this helps explain the cost.
