"I ordered a Nikon D 3100 Camera online from Primotronix.com. Because of an event occurring the following week I selected the two day shipping option. Two days later I received a call to "confirm" my order. Obviously I would not have selected a much more expensive shipping charge if I did not need the camera in a timely manner. I would not recommend nor do business with a company that acts in this way."

"The Primotronix customer service was a nice surprise. I placed an order for a digital camera, and they called me less than 24 hours later to tell me a newer model had come out more recently, and asked if I wanted the newer model at no extra charge. I researched it and was pleased with the new features, so I went ahead with the upgrade. The representative was friendly and helpful.
Update: I was expecting to receive my order in about a week. I was stunned when it arrived the very next day. It shipped from Connecticut and arrived in Pennsylvania in less than 24 hours - delivered on a Saturday, no less. I've been a loyal Amazon customer for years, but I will definitely check Primotronix whenever I'm looking for electronics."
