Smooth Experience
"While Puget Systems isn't the cheapest builder around, I've found I prefer the choices they offer for their systems over other builders I looked at. There are sufficient choices available to allow choosing the system I want, without so many choices that analysis paralysis sets in. Moreover, there are no hideous rainbow glowy bits on my system - I want something unobtrusive that does its job rather than a glowing alien monstrosity, and that's what I have.
Customer Service checked with me to make sure my options were going to do what I wanted and offered to answer further questions or provide additional assistance - though nothing further was needed in my case.
Build time was within the estimate provided up front, and there were no issues with shipping. I received my new system in the expected time frame, and have had no issues with it to this point.
A simple set of choices that let me get what I wanted without trying to overload with unnecessary complexity, good customer service, and a working system at the end of it. This is my second Puget Systems computer, and the previous was still going strong after five years; I'm quite pleased with them."

"I wanted to quickly purchase a workstation to use for Inventor CAD modeling because workstation just failed last night. Puget had 2 options perfectly configured for this. One was out of stock so I took the other (lack of choice makes best decision). I had to check on one technical detail, so I called and got a quick answer. Making the purchase on line was as "easy as pie.""

Bang for the Buck!
"My last Puget Systems computer performed extremely well for seven years. In that time, I had a cooling fan go bad, and an external hard drive. I am not that tech savvy, but the Puget tech guys walked me through replacing the fan, and the drive. Their service was invaluable! I will always look to Puget Systems for my computing needs."

"My first purchase with Puget Systems was a Serenity beyond my then-budget, but years later, I know it was one of the best investments I've ever made. I'll also never forget how their people spent hours helping me not long after I received my computer with a problem that had frozen the entire system, even though it was probably software and nothing to do with them. Now that I need another computer, obviously I turned back to Puget Systems; but not being a techie, this time I let one of their professionals design it. And even though my order would be just a single computer (matching the size of my little business) rather than a major order, one of their professionals took the time to put together what looks like a superb configuration for me -- no more than I need, but no less than I'd want for longevity and efficiency. Again it's beyond budget, but sometimes you do get what you pay for, and then some. My last computer has well outlasted its expected life span (and I could keep going with it for a while if I wanted to); in an era of planned obsolescence to maximize profits, it's wonderful to see an enterprise seeking profit the old-fashioned way -- quality and reputation. I'm happy to do my small part to attest to both."
