"I was looking for a new, powerful, and quiet PC to address an application that needed 4K resolution as well as typical web and office programs. I also edit some photos and video in high resolutions. After shopping for a "package deal," I couldn't find just what I wanted. The people at Puget were both knowledgeable and helpful in helping me build a system that met my needs. I'm still getting it set up and running, but the experience of working with them was first class, I loved the insight into the build process their website gave me, and I'm running in 4K "out of the box." So far, very happy!"

"Puget Systems is the company I will use in the future to build my computers.
Although I have been building my own home computers for fun since 1997 through Windows 95, 97, and XP, I decided I wanted something built for me by professionals.
Everything about the company reflects quality and customer service. Start with their webpage, their instant online chat service without hard-sell, and their follow-through after the order was placed.
The packaging of the computer was perfect. Custom packed for my computer. You receive the manuals of all the components, and a customized notebook with a summary of the system, testing, and installation discs. The notebook even includes the names and pictures of the staff that provided service, assembly, installation, testing, quality control, and packaging.
I turned on the computer and it had only the software I requested. No more, no less. No junk software. It was as if I had built it myself. Only better."

"These guys are the best in everyway, from phone support for my custom build to the packaging, wow, this computer was packed extremely well. Their included binder about your computer is pretty cool. Organized design, high quality components, really quiet cases, I bought 2 custom build big honking desktops for my business over this last year. They scream with the SS drives and tons of ram. I will definitely go with these guys again.

"Impressed with the online reviews and their web site I decided to order my new laptop from Puget. The only concern I had was about ordering a custom laptop from a company on the opposite side of the country from where I lived. Puget has made that concern a non-issue.
There was a small issue with my laptop and they were quick to respond, cooperative and did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. I couldn't be happier. Their staff are professional and courteous, actually return phone calls and emails.
I can recommend Puget to anyone who may be on the fence."

"I tend to stay away from the box retailers for computers. I lost track of the person who put my computers together over the years. He was always around for help if I needed it.
I am so delighted to have found Puget. The process of ordering, receiving, and using my new desktop has been a joy. I am writing this review 9 months after receiving my computer and still marvel at the enjoyment I had keeping track of it when it was being tested. The packaging let me know this company really wants to be the best.
I intended to write my review after the first time I really had to reach back out to Puget. I had some software issues and had to check out the hardware and reinstall Windows 7. The technician (Christopher) patiently walked me through every step. That is the service I want w/ my computers. They are too important in my life.
I expect I will use Puget for myself and every family member going forward."

"I bought 3 computers from Puget Systems. I first bought a small (really small) Echo II for a vacation place. Puget was the only place where I could find a small form, i7 intel, ssd drive. I called to ask a couple of question and the quality of the service was incredible. Once I ordered I was impressed by the updates and the thoroughness of the check lists and quality control. Once I got it, it was all I had asked for: small, fast, quiet and cool. I loved it so much that I decided to order another computer from Puget. Here I wanted quiet, storage, air-cooled and fast. Again the service was outstanding. I had planned to pass on my old computer to my wife, but after seeing the tiny, fast and quiet computer at our vacation place, she wanted one too. I ordered a second Echo II. My wife has been very happy. She loves the fact that it is unobtrusive, good looking, quiet and fast.So the downside from buying from Puget is that I ended up buying one computer more than I had planned!
I will definitely be a loyal customer. Good prices, the ability to really make choices that are not easily available and the incredible service made me a very happy customer."

"This is my second purchase with you guys and so far it has been nothing but true professionalism. You guys have already exceeded my expectations with meeting me on price for this purchase. The tracking of the build was really awesome, and the video is just over the top. It was almost like a walk through when purchasing a new car and all the features are pointed out and you get the wow factor. I can tell just from the pics that the quality of parts in this computer far exceeds anything dell puts out.
I love working with smaller companies, that is what really makes America great. I love your web site and the personal bios of the employees. Please don't ever lose the personalized service, I think more folks look for that now. I will recommend you guys to anyone I know about to purchase a new computer."

"This is one of the best tech companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I started out unsure of even buying a new computer after a horrible experience with a Razer Blade purchase. Puget systems was not only helpful in picking out parts but giving pros and cons of each part when I asked in a manner that was understandable for someone with little hardware background. They've also been very quick to respond to emails, both during the process and for follow up questions months after the purchase. I also had the fortune of living near by and was able to pick mine up instead of having it shipped to me and was able to meet a few of the really friendly staff that I had exchanged emails with. If you're looking for a company to to help walk you through buying a new powerful computer or build one to your already set prerequisite I highly recommend Puget Systems."

"I order a custom built gaming system using a special order CM Storm Stryker white case which they had to special order. I was informed every inch of the way ordering and build of my system, they are by far the best company for a special build that I have found. I researched for 2 mos. for the hardware I wanted to use in my system and Puget Systems build it completely to my spec. "I heard about Puget from two colleagues of mine - independently. Both had found Puget by doing research on the web. At that time, I was thinking about buying a gaming/office desktop, and had pretty much decided that it would have to be a custom build from a reputable shop.
After doing some more research, comparing Puget with a close contender, Puget looked like they were offering somewhat higher quality components (although both were at the high end), faster build-times and better build documentation.
So I built a custom desktop online, and immediately got personal feedback from Puget customer support about tweaks that would make the build better. After some redesign, I signed off on the order. I was very pleasantly surprised that the build process was totally transparent (I could watch it on the web) and completely documented. Very impressive.
After only a few days, the system had been completed and shipped. While the system was in transit, Puget sent me a video walkthrough of the computer, explaining the components. At that point I was already convinced that this was the best purchase experience I had ever had, bar none. When the computer arrived, it was well packaged, with its own documentation folder. The computer has been performing flawlessly ever since. Great computer, great company. Highly recommended!"

"This was my best experience ordering a computer! The website is informative and easy to navigate. Jeff S. took the time to answer all my questions and helped me select the proper components to best fit my budget and equipment needs. Because I rely on my laptop for professional business purposes, I like the fact that Puget only uses components which have been tested for reliability. My new laptop is rugged and everything Puget promised it would be. The laptop was also delivered when promised.
