"THE DAY I DECIDED TO GET A CUSTOM SYSTEM BUILT FOR MYSELF I SIMPLY DID A SEARCH ON GOOGLE. IT CAME UP WITH A NUMBER OF VALID RESULTS. THE FIRST PLACE I CALLED WAS PUGET AND AFTER ABOUT 38 SECONDS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM I KNEW I WAS IN GREAT HANDS.
WITH MY INPUT THEY SPECIFIED WHAT THEY THOUGHT I SHOULD HAVE AND I AGREED.
I PAID, THEY BUILT.
THEN THEY PHOTOGRAPHED AND VIDEO TAPED THE FINAL PRODUCT AND EMAILED ME THE LINKS............. THAT WAS WAY COOL!
NOW THAT I HAVE MY BEAST SET IT UP IN MY OFFICE, I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.
WHAT A GREAT DECEISION I MADE IN GOING WITH PUGET!!

"Quick to answer questions. Offered excellent advice based on a clear understanding of what I would need to effectively use the computer the way I wanted to use it. Made recommendations for cost savings that would not impact performance, allowing me to spend on those components that would have the greatest return. Included an extraordinarily detailed guide to my specific machine that would satisfy even the most Type A of consumers.
So impressed that I'm looking at replacing a laptop early, and wouldn't consider anyone other than Puget."

"The acoustic quiet of my new Serenity Mini PC is simply amazing! I am very appreciative of the excellent advice and service I received pre-order and post-order. Some initial choices I made on upgrades were unnecessary for my needs, and my service tech (Daniel Brown) readily advised me what would be beneficial for my usage, and what would be wasted expense. It was extremely refreshing to experience a business like Puget Systems whose business ethic appears to be built on a "in the best interests of the customer" platform and not on one focused on maximizing revenues. Employing a customer centric business model such as this, tells me Puget Systems not only talks the talk, but walks the walk and it's not just marketing hype. Even now, after my brief experience with your company, I know you have earned another loyal customer for life! Great quality! Excellent customer service! Worth the price!"

"I truly thought that customer service was dead in the U.S. until I dealt with Puget Systems. The people at Puget are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Their buy/build process is unlike anything I've experienced in many, many years. Five star all the way!!
I replaced a 10 year old Dell desk top computer that ran on Windows XP. I had read bad things about the Windows 8 user interface and knew that Windows 7 was a little past it's prime.
Puget Systems had the answer...the Windows 8 makeover to emulate Windows 7. You get the technology benefits of a Windows 8 back end with a pretty small learning curve from XP on the user interface.
The cost was pretty reasonable, too. I would have bought another Dell but they wouldn't add the upgrades that I wanted...not very customer oriented.
Thank you, Dell. My new Puget machine is of superior quality to the Dells I've seen (and owned) for around the same price as the Dell I tried to buy with the upgrades.
I had a few questions when I set up my new computer...so I placed several calls to Puget Systems. I got a real person on the phone (once I called and left a message but got a fast call back), that person was friendly, very helpful and walked me through the solution. It's comforting to know that this level of support is available, free of charge, for as long as I own my Puget computer.
Puget Systems is a welcome oasis in a desert of ignorance and disservice. I would recommend a call to Puget Systems to anyone looking for a new computer."

"My laptop does everything expected so far. People ask why I didn't buy a big name brand like Asus or Dell. Well, I shopped around and I am convinced I got more computer for the money and not a lot of bloatware. I like the fact Puget Systems Computers are tested before being shipped. While waiting for my laptop I didn't have to worry if I was going to get a "lemon" and have nothing but headaches when it arrived. I was kept informed of the build status and shipping progress. One question: Did this computer come with built in camera? I haven't found a control panel for it."

"Puget has blown me away with their professionalism, thoroughness, attention to my needs, and making an otherwise stressful doubt-filled process one of actual delight!
Puget took the time to truly understand my unique requirements. They then employ this understanding to specify just the right components and configuration for my PC.
The total transparency of the build and testing process gave me confidence in the work being done and letting me share in the experience of my PC being created.
Oh, and the end result! I have used my PC for about 2 weeks now and find it to be fantastic. It meets my need for tremendous speed. With my Puget PC I have largely eliminated the wasted time in doing my research, writing, and presentation preparation. About 20-30 seconds to launch. Very quick reboots. Lighting fast MS Office application and documents launching, super fast execution of Evernote posts, etc., etc.
For all that Puget has done for my PC buying experience and satisfaction of my computing needs, their prices are a bargain. Previously I have used the major producers, Dell and HP, and two different local computer builders. None of them even come close to Puget Systems."

"In Aug and Sept of 2012 I begged family and friends for recommendations on home computers.
I was lost. I reviewed some of the Dell's online, walked into Best Buy and Sam’s and looked at Dell Boxes there too but did not have a clue how to shop for a new computer after holding on to my 9 yr. old Dell Dimension 4550.
I contemplated everything even thought of jumping ship and trying Apple. I was shopping for a Desktop (processor only. I was thinking I would stay with Dell but I was unhappy with the preset configurations and not being able to consider each component. I used to be able to go through Dells web site and learn more about all the computer components and now everything with Dell is bundled with fewer internal choices and I've heard that parts are pretty generic and low quality. I was poor as a church mouse but took money out of my 401K to finance a computer because I just could not take the problems, slowness and obsolescence I keep dealing with.
I am a middle aged woman, I don't do any games or graphics work except just scanning in some old photos. Mostly I just use for job searching, health research on the internet and word processing.
I also wanted a good warranty and service, because I just do not want to handle any possible new problems without really good support. Do not want or need the stress. I also wanted a quieter computer as my old one was loud.
I found everything I was looking for and more with Puget Systems. I love my computer!
I meant to write a review after the first year but now it’s been since Oct of 2012- 18 months ago!
Puget Systems http://www.pugetsystems.com/ built me new computer. Getting 9 years of value from my old Dell was a success and I wanted to make a good decision again.
