Shipping was the same cost as product ordered
"$20 is too expensive for a small box containing two check valves via UPS Ground. I'm glad Pump Products had the product I was looking for, but I can't be happy with spending that amount on shipping."

We try to accommodate customer needs as best as possible. Unfortunately the check valves that you purchased has plastic on them, that can be damaged in shipping.
