"Complained to Cust Svc on Jan 25, 2014 about being shorted on pills on item NOW2361. 180 pill bottle contained 135 pills. Agent said he'd send a return label and for me to send the product back for analysis, and a replacement would be sent. As of Feb 11, 2014, I've received neither."

"I contacted them multible times via email for a refund of 5.18 and been back and forth with customer support for the better part of 2 weeks more trying to get a refund of my returned item which they already have as the tracking shows it being delivered to them already. I just want my refund and do not understand why it takes so long and why no one knows anything when I email them."

"My 17 year old daughter was diagnosed with Hashimoto's recently, and her doctor has recommended a plethora of supplements. I began ordering from another company, that I was very pleased with. However, last month we added additional supplements and there was an item that they did not have. In searching for this item, I found PureFormulas. Today I needed to reorder items and checked with the original site first, and again there was an item that they did not carry, and the two that they did carry were a little more expensive. I will be checking PureFormulas first from now on. I also love the free shipping on any amount. The first order I placed was only $17.00, so the free shipping is wonderful! Thank you!!"

"I read a few of these bad reviews but, as for me, none of these things were in my experience when purchasing from PureFormulas.
I first discovered them in October 2013 and have been back many times since then. Even had a change of mind on one of my most recent orders. I called them (before it shipped) and there was no problem at all cancelling the order and making a new order over the phone. Every item I ordered, over the past few months, it has been in the morning since that's when I do my business. And each order was shipped the same day and I would get it even earlier than promised. I keep coming back and that's the mark of a good merchant. They satisfiy the customer so as to BRING them back."
