"I read a few of these bad reviews but, as for me, none of these things were in my experience when purchasing from PureFormulas.
I first discovered them in October 2013 and have been back many times since then. Even had a change of mind on one of my most recent orders. I called them (before it shipped) and there was no problem at all cancelling the order and making a new order over the phone. Every item I ordered, over the past few months, it has been in the morning since that's when I do my business. And each order was shipped the same day and I would get it even earlier than promised. I keep coming back and that's the mark of a good merchant. They satisfiy the customer so as to BRING them back."

"I ordered a PNY Phone Baby micro card reader. I searched the internet and MiniintheBox had the best price so I bought it from them. It does take 10-20 business days to get it but the shipping was free so I bought the item from them. Unfortunately the item got delayed in delivery due to a post office error so I contacted Miniinthebox and they were great. I felt confident that, if it didn't come in the next few days that they would correct the situation and ship me out a new one. But it did come. And the item was is good working order so I would buy again from them based upon this experience."
