"I ordered a twin set of 512MB Ram sticks and received them in a timely fashion, but one was defective. I called Quantum Technology, received a return authorization number, and returned the defective part. The turn around on the replacement was about 6 days, which I considered acceptable. Replacement worked fine and I am happy with the service I received."
