"This was my first time shopping at Quantum Technology and i must say the experience was okay,the product was delivered when promised.The only con i would have to point out is that they didnt enclose no literiture on the product what so ever,i saw on the website it stated the product comes with a HOW TO KIT,yet not one single piece of literiture was encluded,for me this was a bit frustrating because i had to install the product a number of times before i got it right,not everyone is Technical Savvy."

"The ordering was a breeze along with finding the correct chip set. I ordered 2 ram chips. they arrived really fast!. 1 however would not work. It caused windows not to run. I sent the other one back for a exchange today. We'll see how they handle this. I'll post another review or edit this one once I find out."
