Helpful and Timely
"I needed a new shower baton for our handheld shower attachment and I was able to order what I needed. Akiva was the sales rep that helped me via email. He pointed me to the item that worked for my shower and promptly sent over a quote so I could place the order. The item arrived a day earlier that the estimated delivery date which was a pleasant surprise. I was very appreciative for the timely help."

"My wife and I recently purchased a kitchen faucet, bathroom vanity, and bathroom faucet from Quality Bath. The website was easy to navigate and we received our products quickly. Unfortunately, we did not realize the vanity top we purchased was a 3-hole vanity (our mistake) and the bathroom faucet was a one-hole faucet. I contacted customer service and reached Chaya, who was extremely courteous and willing to help find a solution. She helped us return the single hole faucet and replace it with the same 3-hole model. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service!"

"I am absolutely thrilled with my recent experience! Not only did I receive top-notch customer service, but the pricing was also incredibly competitive. Very professional, easy to work with, and faster than the "big sites"
"All the large reseller websites were projecting my product to come in 8-12 weeks but Quality Bath gave personal treatment to get the product in only 3 weeks. Really a great result. Then, due to a mistake on my part by ordering the incorrect valve, they processed a return just as speedily. I will definitely be using Quality Bath for more orders in the future."

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE
"DOV called to tell me i had ordered 2 expensive drains that i didnt need as they were included. I was amazed at the quick response and the integrity of a company actually calling to say i ordered something i didnt need and he was going to remove it from my order. He also reminded me that i didnt order a shower arm for the shower head. The service he provided was excellent and someone at quality was reviewing my order within minutes of placing it. The service was amazing.

"Through a major remodel, I've placed several big orders with Quality Bath. Most recently, we ordered a bunch of different door hardware. Steven responded quickly, noticing, based on some things that I ordered, that I probably intended to order more other things. He was right. He also helped me order several things that I couldn't find on the site, including hardware for a french door. It turned out I was all confused, and Steven patiently helped me figure out what I really needed."
