Don’t order from quilters warehouse
"I placed an order 12/09/2019 and have emailed several times and called several times. No item received to date. No answer to emails other than order processed and n one never answers phone or responds to our calls. They do not give you your money back. I really wanted this pattern so tried to wait it out. Never never order from this place. It is a scam."

If I could, I would give a zero.
"I ordered a pattern on 01/29/20 and as of today have not received it or any response to my inquiries. I sent e-mails on 02/13/20, 02/15/20, 02/20/20 and called on 02/17/20 and twice on 02/19/20 only to be able to leave messages. I have now tried contacting them thru their web site by requesting a return call and sending communications. I doubt they will even attempt to respond back. I would not deal with this company. Buy beware!!!!"

"I ordered a pattern on 11/20/19. I have not received any shipping information. The only indication is that the order is processed. No information about shipping date. I have sent 2 emails and called their make believe 800 customer service number. I am suspicious that this website is a scam. I plan on disputing the charge."

"I ordered a pattern on 11-1-19 and have not received a pattern. I have emailed them twice and received no reply. Also tried to log onto the account that I created and was told my password was invalid. Clicked on box to receive email to receive new login and received nothing. Extremely poor company. Very disappointed because I really wanted this pattern. I also will contact PayPal to see about getting a refund."

"I ordered a pattern 10-19-19. I have not received the pattern. I have emailed them twice asking if it had shipped or not; but have not received a response. No Refund No Pattern
"Ordered pattern October 5th still have no pattern. I have called twice, emailed twice, and tried customer service only to send another email. NO RESPONSE......I will now contact paypal to help me get my money back. You call and no one answers the phone you have to leave a message why bother having a company if you don't respond to calls."
