Not Happy
"It took me a lot of asking others, and pondering if this was the right thing to purchase Microsoft Office, and right now I'm kicking myself. I had Word 2016 installed, and for some reason Microsoft disabled it without any warning, and all of my information to reinstate it has been thrown away, so I have to purchase a new program. I paid with Paypal and clicked on the download button, and nothing! Nothing downloaded! I went back over the steps to make sure I hadn't missed anything, but of course could not use the 'key' again, so here I am out $85.00. Not happy. Hopefully a member of my family will be able to figure it out, but I won't make that mistake again - purchasing from Softwarekeep.com."
