"I ordered the Walkera V200D01 RC Heli from RC Helecopter Select and am very happy to say that they kept to all that they promised. I paid the $10.00 for the express delivery and did receive my package in the 3-7 days. The tracking number that they issued wsa the correct one but when I checked on-line it did not have any updates for the expected dilivery witch I can not blame on RC Heli Select. All in all I would definitely purchase from them again. Actully today I just ordered a HSP Racing 1:10 Flying Fish Drift Pro RC drift car from them hoping my experience will be just as smooth as my last transaction."

"Overall I am very happy with my RC Heli Select purchase. My heli arrived on time and was shipped and packaged very well, unfortunatly there was a crack in the swashplate. I contacted customer service with this issue and they are in the process of replacing the part. I would, and will be recommending this store to my fellow Hobbyists."

"Ordered on 11/30/11 shipped 12/8/11 I was called to pick it up from the Post Office on 12/15/11. Packaging was horrible! The original box was NOT packaged in a shipping box. It was taped with a LOT of tape and the remote control was "strapped" to one end. I took a lot of pictures because I think it was probably damaged in shipping. I cannot believe I paid $157.00 and it was not placed in a secure shipping box. I was going to save it and give it to my husband for birthday in June but I am afraid it was damaged in shipping so I will give it to him for Christmas. The Postmaster was most upset with the lack of packaging! This was deplorable. I have never seen anything like this! I will be surprised if it works and is not damaged. I hope I do not have to "fight" to return it if it is indeed damaged."

"i ordered on Nov 30th 2011 and still waiting. 14 days passed and after speaking to customer care, understood that it is still being processed in Hongkong for shipping.
They ship every order from Hongkong but to decieve the customers, the website says there is a warehouse in Vancouver.
Please do not order if you are not willing to wait for a month."

"excellent customer service from rc helicopter select. They offered free express shipping immediately due to a lack of stock of shells, but even if they had not given me this the free shipping is fantastic. The prices were the best for the product at the time and the products were excellent. Many thanks.
only complaint is that the pricing on the page is relatively rigid, whereas the price you pay (through 2Checkout client) was significantly higher, but that is not really a fault on rc helicopter select."

"The website said product ships in 1-2 days - it supposedly shipped about 10 after the order was place and have not arrived almost 3 weeks later. ironically they charged a $10 expedite fee.
On contact customer service keep repeating the same copy and paste paragraphs to me.
Questionable experience.
EDIT: Thank you for the kind reply. No hard feelings, just stating the facts. Order places on Nov 25 - as of Dec 16 no product received.. After the "delay in processing" Actual shipping time is now approaching 2 weeks. How can you call that "express shipping"...?
UPDATE Dec 22 the product was finally delivered - order was placed on Nov 25.
The online customer sales support represented the product as ready to fly - however this item have never been flight tested, the reciever is not installed, the battery is missing a plug to connect it. the Seller have not answered multiple emails with questions about the faulty battery in the kit. To fly this product I must first purchase a $75 replacement battery and install the receiver which was supposedly installed before shipping.
I really want to believe that I am the only person with a bad experience. but..."
