"Step 2 whit RC Helicopter.
After i receive instructions book from RC Helicopter, i make a test whit the quadcopter.
1. slow speed first, stay on floor. check whit the différents options on the transmitter. Everethings is ok.
2. I am go outside whit the quadcopter.
Surprise: when i put the trottle higher....smooke come from
the cokpit and from on motor. I stopped everethings.
3. I am wait 30 minutes, and i check if the quadcopter fly.
Nothing from the all motors.
I write to the company, and because we have a lots of problems whit the machine, i aske to the company for a refund.
I am wait the answer from the company. Normaly it's need 2 or 3 email messages or wrote whit the chat line on the rchelicopter web site. It's long to have answer.
but i am wait, the machine cost: 900.00 $ in canadian money.

"Wonderful experience. Considering it had to come all the way from the Far East to the UK and the time of year (approaching Xmas) I thought it arrived in very good time. "I ordered a tank with extras (sound,etc) and I received the basic. I paid extra for expedited shipping (3-10 DAYS) and it took 1 month. They have not apologized for the delayed shipping or offered any compensation after I had paid extra to get it faster. When I received the tank, it was damaged (parts broken off, the antenna twisted, the controller was broken) so I requested a refund (expecting to incur shipping costs from Ontario to BC - not to CHINA!!) Apprenantly they can have the Buyer (me) send it to either warehouse and they want this sent back to China (it will cost me about $400.00 to send to China) needless to say I am now stuck with a piece of crap that is damaged because I am not spending $400 in shipping to send back a $120 tank! I will not be doing business with this company again!"

"I ordered a DH9116 from Helicopterselect.com. The shipping was OK - not great, even with expedited shipping. The price was $40 more expensive that other sellers (unfortunately I found that out after I had ordered). My biggest frustration is that they did not send my complete order and when I pointed this out repeatedly, they ignored my messages. It's been weeks and I still have not had any response from them and have not received the rest of my order. In addition, the product they sold me has already failed after two weeks(despite no real flying and no crashes). I'm very disappointed. Seems like once they have your money they really aren't interested in customer loyalty.
Update: Jan 19 - I finally received the remainder of my order today. I'm still not impressed with these guys."

"Product ordered was delivered as expected. Shipment came from Hong Kong, not Canada. That was expected that after reading online reviews. Received followup delivery email after Canada Post didn't deliver to door. +1 for them following customers order deliveries. Slight discrepancy between the order invoice and the Money Bookers charges (-1) due to change in exchange rate from the order date and the Money Bookers charges. Glad the online coupon found when ordering took care of that discrepancy between invoiced and actual charges. So overall somewhat satisfied with the purchase and the product delivered. PayPal option would be nice."

"This site is legitimate. I received the item I ordered. The live chat customer service person was knowable and responses quickly. I have only tried the paid delivery and it arrived promptly. The packaging of the item was damaged unfortunately but the item itself was alright."

"well my order was express 3-7 days and i haven't received it yet .. I know its xmas time so it maybe a bit delay.. but problem is since the 18 dec there have been no movement on my parcel.. I really hoped it would have been here by the 28th ... But i guess i'll have to wait and see what happens cause when u pay for an item express it should aleast be able to know where your parcel is and shouldn't take as long time as normal postage... but if it takes a very long time to get here i will be asking for a refund on my express payment"
