"I ordered a M18 Fuel Pole Saw Kit and ensured what I was buying was correct. My confirmation email showed exactly what I ordered. When I received a confirmation email of delivery it showed that a M18 Fuel String Trimmer had arrived. Not what I ordered. Indeed I received the wrong product. I contacted customer service multiple times over a week and a half and finally was able to speak to someone. Customer service told me I was at fault and I was responsible for shipping the tool back at my own expense. I talked to multiple representatives and they had no respect for me as a customer. Their mission statement is “Customer service is our priority” which is 100% false. I will never shop with them again!"
Instead of customer appreciation feels like they try to shut you up for there mistakes!!
"I ordered a 2863-20 impact wrench $300 and was happy to get the light on discount . Checked the review's on the light and couldn't wait to have both my tools come in , was checking the app 24/7 to see if my items was getting closer to being dropped off . Well when I received the package (in hand from fed ex ) and opened the box there was only 1 tool (impact wrench) the reciept showed 2 tools were supposed to be in the box . I emailed red tool and when I finally got a response , they said to send pictures of the box and everything how I received it . I explained how I tried to run after the fex ex driver ( they didnt have me sign no paper or anything) but they were driving like most delivery drivers drive . The only thing red tool was able to do is refund my money and the tool I was ordering was all of a sudden sold out . Usually I wouldn't be upset, but I felt like a kid on Christmas day, excited to put these milwaukee tools to work and make my job easier . But nope! Instead of offering another light of same or equal value they couldn't responed to my messages after saying "you money is sent back to your account ". Wouldnt order from here again"

Purchase the jacket and receive a extra free battery. Did not receive the additional battery. Will be contacting Red Tool to follow up."
"Placed an order for Christmas. Received an email saying my order had been placed on hold. Called the number and they said it was because I had used a different shipping address than the billing address. I followed his instructions and emailed them a copy of MY photo ID and was told I would still receive it by Christmas. The next day I get a text saying my order had been canceled. Called them again to straighten it out, was told I would just have to try & order it again and that it probably would not get to me by Christmas now. This all being their fault, I would think they would have taken my order right then over the phone and sent it overnight if need be to make it right. We order
