"I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Was in emergency of a replacement key, paid for express overnight shipping. Status was under "awaiting fulfillment" the day after- tried e-mailing and calling them asking if I would receive my order before the end of the week as I needed it urgently. NO response. From the sound of other reviews, looks like I may be SOL... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM."

"no returns, no refunds, and the key sent is low quality and didn't even fit my keyboard, after the 'filtering' process of finding the right make/model AND making a note on my order with my make/model. i've sent 2 messages with no response. Slow shipping, wrong product delivered!
"I ordered a replacement "w" key for a client, and after 6 weeks it finally arrived, wrong! When I sent them an email regarding why they haven't shipped the item in over a week, no response. Read the other reviews on Trustpilot and Facebook and you can see a trend, bad service, and no response.
Do not buy from this company!"

Never received item and didn't respond to inquiries
"Looking at the other comments/reviews on here, I can see that what happened to me is not an isolated incident. I ordered from their site and after about a week there was no progress. I emailed them and they responded a few days later saying that the whole office went on a 10 day vacation. They also told me that my key was on backorder and that it's probably take a few weeks longer in order to receive it. After a few weeks went by, I emailed and called again, but haven't received a response. I'll stop short of calling it a scam and just say that they're woefully unresponsive."

Scamming raised to new heights!
"Replacementlaptopkeys showed me online photos of exactly what I needed for my Logitech keyboard. What I got was three key tops covered with various asian symbols. The first hint that my money was wasted was the lack of a working phone. The published number leads to immediate voicemail telling you to leave a message (for them to ignore). It's backed by a phony offer to dial by extension, however no combinations of numbers yielded a ring. Likewise dialing by name failed as no combination of typical first letters gave results. Email assured me that my package had arrived (duh!)."

Broken Key Shipped, Borderline Scam
"(I'll just repost from a review I made on trustpilot)
This place is a borderline scam. I got shipped a broken key. I don't know how they screwed that up. They had one job... 18 USD for just one key, and they shipped a broken one. So I reached out to them, and they replied 4 days later saying that they'll send me another key. It's been 10 days since then, and they still haven't even shipped it out yet. Looking at other reviews here, I don't think they'll ever ship it out. But it doesn't end there. Isn't it funny how all the reviews on their website are 5 stars? Well, I tried writing a review on their website and as it turns out, they manually check every single review and cherry pick the ones they'll put on their website. So they proudly advertise that they have 100% customer satisfaction, when in truth it's all "fixed". What a way to scam people into buying from their website. Buy from ebay or somewhere else if you can. In total it's been over a month since I've ordered the key and I'm still left with a broken key. I've learned my lesson for the cost of 18 USD."

Thieves
"I ordered keys for my ROG zephyrus g14. I ordered ENTER, R SHIFT, up and two more keys and not one key was the perfect size. They all were bigger than the original keys and so I couldnt use them. My $50 went down the drain. They dont know what they are doing so I would suggest you guys save your money and stay away from them."

Wrong product, terrible customer service, non-existent customer support
"After ordering in Jan 2021, it took over a month to receive from California to Alberta. Then when we received the keys, they did not fit. Support pretended to try to help and promised to send out new keys but then they stopped replying altogether. Do not order from them. Ordered keys for a white Dell XPS 13. Wasted $70."
