Never received item and didn't respond to inquiries
"Looking at the other comments/reviews on here, I can see that what happened to me is not an isolated incident. I ordered from their site and after about a week there was no progress. I emailed them and they responded a few days later saying that the whole office went on a 10 day vacation. They also told me that my key was on backorder and that it's probably take a few weeks longer in order to receive it. After a few weeks went by, I emailed and called again, but haven't received a response. I'll stop short of calling it a scam and just say that they're woefully unresponsive."
