"I ordered a Digital SLR Camera from rubyskytech.com. The price was the best I could find. The next day I recieved a call from one of their salespeople asking if there was anything else I needed. He informed me the camera didn't come with a battery and offered me two different ones. He offered me a package with several items and I told him I needed to call back. He then dropped the price by $15 or $20 (I don't remember which) If I ordered right away. I said I would have to call back. I decided to cancel the order and they were very willing to do so. Seemed kind of wierd though. Be careful, their website gives very little information, such as the lack of a battery (which other stores include)."

"This appears to be a relatively new reseller, but my experience has been very positive. I was having intermittent problems with my SCSI subsystem, and placed an order for a replacement Seagate Cheetah 15000 RPM drive. Later that day, I thought I had resolved the problem, and requested an order cancelation. Customer Support responded quickly and courteously and canceled the order. A few weeks later, this sneaky problem resurfaced, so I ordered the drive once again. The order processed and shipped in a reasonable timeframe and arrived well packed in the manufacturer's container protected by additional bubble wrap. A receipt was also mailed to me. Their prices may be rock bottom, but their customer service and order and shipping processes are top-notch."
