"Being a former Network Engineer, I've been sceptical about smaller computer companies over the years. Recently, I needed a PC, fast and cheap. Luckily there was a computer show at the Monroeville Expo Mart in Pittsburgh, PA. Here I met Ervin at Sam's Computers. He was VERY down to earth guy and with a nice humorous flair. A true joy when all the other vendors were pushy and somewhat arrogant. Sure, when at a show, you want qualilty & price. I got both from Sams...AND MORE!!! After the show, I began emailing Ervin regarding upgrades. Sam's prices were much better than even the online vendors!!! The pc has turned out to be perfect, support has been amazing, and Ervin's demeanor is nothing short of OUTSTANDING! I will no longer buy from the big named pc companies. Ervin @ Sams Computers has a customer for life."

"I really have to hand it to Sams computers. I've been researching prices for a few months before I made the final purchase, and Sams Computers was the best place to make my purchase. Ervin offered much information about hardware that I was previously unaware of. He pointed me in the right direction for a reliable, fast system, and acted more as a friend than a salesperson. After buying all the hardware for my 'Super Computer' They even put it together and tested it for me for free! The staff at Sams Computers was very helpful and I would reccomend them to anyone! Period."

"I ordered my computer on 11/02/2001 and received it a week later, in good working condition. I had no problem with the order and delivery, but there was one minor complaint I had. I called the support line to find out my FedEx tracking number (their web site stopped listing it 4 days after the order), and the woman who answered was very rude. I am hard of hearing and use a speakerphone, and explained this to her, but she seemed put out by the fact that I asked her to repeat a few things.
Overall, though, my ordering experience was positive."
