"I ordered a compatible ink cartridge for my Epson Stylus C80 on Tuesday, 8/20. It arrived on Saturday, 8/25. Quite good, considering this is via USPS shipping. Not only did I save a bundle from buying a typical cartridge (savings of $17.80, which amounts to 60 percent, even after shipping!), but the printer recognizes the cartridge and prints still look as good as always. Thanks, guys!"

"I ordered my computer on 11/02/2001 and received it a week later, in good working condition. I had no problem with the order and delivery, but there was one minor complaint I had. I called the support line to find out my FedEx tracking number (their web site stopped listing it 4 days after the order), and the woman who answered was very rude. I am hard of hearing and use a speakerphone, and explained this to her, but she seemed put out by the fact that I asked her to repeat a few things. Overall, though, my ordering experience was positive."
