Shoplet - Kept Me As A Customer With Great Customer Service
"Great customer service will keep me coming back to Shoplet. Ordered some copy paper and it came damaged. I called into Shoplet's support line, spoke with Tamika. She processed an immediate return. My damaged order was picked up the next day, and a replacement was then sent. The next order arrived perfect. Problems happen in any business - its how you respond to those problems that keeps customers coming back. Shoplet stepped up and now I will be coming back.. And Thanks to Tamika."

They don't appear to stock inventory
"This company doesn't appear to stock inventory. They have no actual live inventory monitoring. Everything comes from third party warehouses. I've ordered from them in the past and just recently. NONE of my orders ever completed. Always been out of stock and not backorderable. This latest order was very difficult to complete. The site was extremely slow. Purchase button did not work. Checkout through PayPal did not work on four attempts. The fifth attempt it finally went through. I do not trust Shoplet. I should have read their ResellerRatings prior to making attempts at purchasing."

Bad faith promotions
"I ordered a printer from Shoplet, they charged my card, and then the next day said they couldn't fufill because they were out of stock. Despite that email they still have the same printer listed in stock at a higher price. This was an offer made in bad faith to grow their email marketing lists. Will avoid this company in the future at all costs."

Damaged Item Came - Customer Service Saved The Day
"I ordered a white board. Unfortunately it came in damaged. I called customer service, spoke to a supervisor and got an immediate reshipment. New one came in great. Sent back the damaged one. Great Shredder Selection!!!!
