Hello Shoplet - So Long to Staples
"Used to be a staples customer, but switched to Shoplet - way better, service, selection, and prices. Shoplet's prices are competitive across the board, not just on a few items to get you sucked in and then overcharged on the rest. Not going to get fooled again on that concept. Great Service - Will Keep Me Coming Back to Shoplet
"I have been a shoplet customer for a little while now. I had an issue with an order where an item came in damaged. I called into Shoplet's customer service department and got great service. I had the damaged items picked up and got a reshipment. No one is perfect, but its how you take care of your customer's when there is an issue that keeps them coming back. Shoplet Had Everything For My Business
"I was searching for some odd ball items that I needed for my office and made my way to Shoplet. By searching the site I was able to find most of the items I needed. But had to call into customer service to see about getting some help on the ones I could not find. I spoke with Alicia who indicated she was the floor supervisor. I told her what I was looking for. She had very good product knowledge and was able to assist in finding my remaining items. Great service, great process. Everything came in 2 days and I even got free shipping."

Great Tool for Finding Toner for your Printer
"I want to Shoplet to get some new toner for my printer. They had a great tool that all I had to do is put in the model number of my printer and they provided me with all of the available toner options for my printer. Shoplet made the process so easy. And ever better, I got free shipping and my order arrived the next business day. On another order, I needed some basic office supplies for a project I was working on - I ordered some colored paper, file folders and some colored hi-lighters. Again the order came the next day. On this order the paper was not in the best shape when it arrived. I called Shoplet's customer service number, got directly connected to a representative and was told that a replacement would be sent out immediately. I received my replacement item timely and was provided with easy and simple directions for the return of the damaged item. Even with an error in getting a product to me, Shoplet provided excellent customer service in getting the issue corrected. You keep a customer when you are able to solve a problem in a fast and effective manner. I will continue to use Shoplet in the future."
