Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"I somehow ordered sign holders that were not the holders I ordered. After being treated like a lying criminal by all the representatives. The owner finally contacted me with a very accusatory and threatening letter. He said he would give me what I asked for but if I ordered wrong again he would put me on a do not sell to list. I have never been treated so poorly by any company ever. There was no way I was or will do business with them again after being insulted by the owner. He could have easily had a loyal customer by just making it right over the $33 shipping charge but instead he decided to insult his customers."
"We have ordered CorPlast custom signs from SignsDirect 4x over the last 4 years and each time the product has come back in a timely and correct manner. Their pricing is highly competitive. I find they cannot be beat.
They have restructured their pricing and policies so that's been all good, in fact, great.
The only shortcoming has been the opacity of the corrugated plastic substrate - it's a bit translucent so you can get shadows of the flipside in back lit conditions. The 4mm CorPlast they have upgraded to is an improvement."
"The product is great and we got it quickly, My only complaint is that it came with no instructions...none in the box, none online. When I emailed Signs Direct, they replied saying that couldn't find any instructions for the product. How do you sell a product and not have instructions for it? The person did offer to call me and walk me through it on the phone. Although that would have been unrealistic (it took us over 2 hours to put it together on our own), I appreciate them offering."
"Quick find on the web; good customer service. Since I had a question re my order I placed my order by phone rather than on website.
Ordered on 10/22 and delivered on 10/28. Credit card receipt emailed on order date."
"Sign arrived in good condition. However, the black paint was not applied to an area of the sign, making the letters look strange. After considering the cost of packing up the sign, round trip shipping and the long delay getting the sign back, I decided to hire a local sign maker to correct the problem. I'm very disapointed"
