I can't believe, this is a company in the U.S.!
"I ordered a small part from this company for my broken high pressure cooker. It has been a month, I still have not gotten my order. Customer service's attitude is good and kind, but they said they could not control the manufacture's shipping. Then, my question is what is the reason for you to continue your business?"

Our parts do not fit, and you cannot make us care!
"1. It took an especially long time to receive the little MR. Coffee decanter. 2. The decanter did not fit the Mr. Coffee. 3. I called and explained the problem and the lady said that she would check on it and call me back the next day. 4. No one called back. 5. I called and waited, and waited, and waited for someone to pick up the telephone. When they did they indicated that they could not hear me and hung up. 6. I called again and this time it was answered in about 3 mins. Unfortunately either the lady who answered had a hearing problem or she was just not the brightest bulb on the tree. She continually ask questions which I had already answered, or had indicated was an unnecessary question. Finally she had me hold on and in a minute or 2 said that she was transferring me to "parts". I said, "No. I want to talk to a supervisor". I another few minutes a lady connected and she seemed very irritated that I had a problem with teh order. She said, "That is what they sent and I checked for 45 mins (if she did that then why no return call) and that is the correct part. I do not know what you want me to do"? 7. I told her that this whole process took way too long. She asked if I wanted to send it back. I asked for a mailing label. "We do not have mailing labels. You will; get an RML in an email. "Do that, do that, do that", I interrupted. She said it was already on teh way. Let me check my email again. Nope...still not there. I guess that I need to call back. 8. I after completing that call my phone rang. It was another customer "service" employee just now answering the telephone on which I had been on hold. I just said, "Your company ****"! She hung up."

Took them almost a month to ship item
"I ordered replacement parts for a Rowenta humidifier on December 22, 2017. I never heard anything until January 18, 2018 when I got a notice of shipment. Called exactly at 9AM, when they opened, waited on line 4 minutes for a rep. Told the rep, I didn't want them. She told me it was too late they were already shipped and I don't get the notice until the PO has them. That is a lie. Notification goes out when they create the label. I asked why it took almost a month between order and shipment and rep told me they don't stock the item and had to get it from France and Rowenta was closed over the holiday. I asked why they didn't tell me this on the website or send me a notification it would be a long wait. The rep had no answer, was abrupt, never apologized and kept saying the same thing over and over again. She was rude and condescending. They charged me 7.99 shipping which they won't refund for a $30 item. I would have given them zero stars. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO PURCHASE FROM - Bed, Bath and Beyond had the item in stock and i received it in a week with free shipping at about the same cost. Bad service and they lie."

Good customer experience!
"I went online and ordered a small replacement part for an iron. Since it frequently fails, I ordered two so I would have a backup. The order arrived but there was only one part. The paperwork said there were two. I was charged for two. But, only one in the bag. I was ****. I called the 800 number. They kindly insisted that their records showed that they had shipped two but offered to send another part anyway. Here is the embarrassing part. I found the second part. It had rolled under my desk. Once again, I called the 800 number. I explained the situation and offered to give them a credit card number for the third (!) part. They refused to take my money and told me not to worry about it. Least I could do was to leave a review. I was wrong. They were right. And, they were polite throughout the entire process. That's kind of rare."

Company Plays Games with the Customer
"I ordered a jar and replacement screw about 2 weeks ago and when my order did not arrive, I called the company. They informed me that the screw is a special order that takes 2-6 weeks for delivery, and the jar is "out of stock" and expected to be in stock next week. I checked their website, and while it correctly identifies that screw is a special order, it says NOTHING about the jar being out of stock! When I mentioned that to the company rep, she said, "what difference does it makes since you have to wait for screw anyway?" This is serious product misrepresentation. If I had known the jar would take at least a month (likely much longer since I have no idea when it will be shipped, if ever), I would have looked for another source to purchase the jar (such as e-bay) and I could have gotten my screw from any hardware store. Website for legitimate companies clearly informs customers if a product is out-of stock, not mislead them by giving every indication that it will be shipped in 48 hrs."

Buyer Beware!
"I wish I had checked this site before purchasing a replacement part from SmallAppliance.com. I ordered an insert for a slow cooker as a gift for someone else. When I received the insert, it was damaged. I contacted the customer service dept and they asked me to send a photo of the damage and I promptly supplied them with a photo. Then they wanted me to provide some product serial # info for the slow cooker---in which I don't own since I purchased the replacement part as a gift for someone else. I am simply trying to exchange the damaged insert for a new one at this point but they are being very difficult to deal with. At this point, I am going to ask for a full refund. Quite ridiculous that they ship me a damaged product and then make it very difficult to resolve the issue."

"Wish that I checked this site before ordering. My order included a replacement carafe and new filter for my Cuisinart coffee maker. The didn't notify me of being back-ordered on the filter, so they held up shipping the carafe as well. It took them 10 days after ordering to ship it after I complained, and then they sent a Fed-Ex tracking number on September 27th....with anticipated arrival date of OCTOBER 5!! Shipping from New York to Atlanta takes two days by the USPS....how is it they they negotiated 10 day delivery from Fed-Ex??? I will NEVER purchase from this website again."

"Horrible company, I made an order over a month ago and I am still waiting. I called twice and the keep saying it will come in two weeks. They do not even sound that they are sorry for the inconvenience! The rep sounded like I am annoying her with my question..They should say that they do not have it before I made the purchase!! I do not need the part after a month!!"

"This company engages in a practice by some online merchants that I absolutely hate-- neglecting to inform you that the item you purchased is backordered and NOT CURRENTLY IN STOCK. If I knew that, I would have bought the item elsewhere. After waiting a week for a shipping notification, I decided to contact customer service and the surly humorless jerk on the other end informed me that my item would take another 2 weeks to ship and then another week to actually receive it. Waiting one month for a friggin' permanent coffee filter is unacceptable, and I will never order anything from them again. (They got my money, though, didn't they!) A$$holes. Never again."

"I purchased a Rowenta RS-DX0043 Handle Front and Pump replacement part for my steam iron from smallappliance.com. When it arrived the part was defective (plastic steam pump button was jammed). The customer service agent, Sherzad (spelling unknown) said they would not send me another or refund my money. They said I had to send it back at my expense and if they agreed it was defective they would send me another. If they thought it was not defective I could pay for them to ship me the defective part a second time. What a scam! I suggested they send me a prepaid mailing label to get their defective part back and the refused. I asked Sherzad to transfer me to a manager and he said there wasn't one but eventually transferred me to a voice mail. I left a message and called back. When I called back Sherzad answered the phone again. I again asked to speak to a manager and asked who that was. He told me that was Renata but he wouldn't transfer me to her. I said goodbye and called again. This time Renata answered the phone. She was rude and made the same statements as Sherzad. I offered to email photos and a short video to demonstrate that the part was defective but Renata wasn't interested. This is an inexpensive part ($10) and will cost around $8 to ship back. Sounds like this is a very small company that doesn't want to deal with defective parts and won't stand by their product. I have filed a dispute with MasterCard to get my money back."

"I ordered a gear box for my mixer back in mid-July and what was supposed to be a 4-6 week wait (according to a phone call from Renata after I placed my order on-line) has turned into 12 weeks with still no shipping of my part. I spoke with Michelle on August 12th and received an email telling me that my part would ship early September. I spoke with Shazaad on September 18th and was told, "It will ship any day". I spoke with Shazaad again on September 30th and was told it would ship October 9th. I spoke with Shazaad again today (October 16th) and was told it had not shipped yet, so I told him I wanted to cancel my order. He told me he could not cancel it himself, that someone would call me. That was over 3 1/2 hours ago and I have yet to receive that phone call. Well, I guess I should have looked at the online reviews before trying to do business with this company. I consider my order cancelled whether I receive a phone call or not, and my bank has been notified not to authorize any deduction from my account to Turnpike Appliance/SmallAppliance That is all. Signed: One very unhappy former customer"

"Disappointing. Shipping was described as "free" with a 30-day return policy. Ordered a small microwave. Turned out it was too big for our use. Shipping, as it turns out, was not "free." After an unexplained 7% deduction, an additional $35 was deducted from the refund for "shipping and handling." Quite a different definition of "free shipping" than I've run into before. Not a straightforward policy."
